Collection of JS solutions for puzzles at adventofcode.com 🎁🎄
Advent of Code is an Advent calendar of small
programming puzzles for a variety of skill sets and skill levels that can be solved
in any programming language you like.
This is a repo containing my solutions to Eric Wastl’s Advent of Code.
All of the solutions are in JavaScript (or Typescript!), meant to be run via NodeJS (or Bun!).
When I started I had thought I’d have an accompanying page
(that had some level of interaction) for each solution, but I quickly found that I didn’t
have much time for that. Maybe some day I’ll complete (brief) write-ups for each of the
problems, but for now, this mostly is just a collection of scripts.
Also when I started, I would programmatically parse my input for each problem, so I could
drop in any other input and the script would work. As I went through the problems, I often
found it easier to hand-parse my input and create a static JS export for each problem, so
trying to use most of these solutions for some other puzzle input will require some level
of manual tinkering.
