Install the visual and connect any data field just to make Power BI happy, the visual does not use anything passed to it. You can download the visual and a test PBIX file here: Download.
If you run this in PowerBI Desktop, then the visual will list the R packages installed locally in your machnine.
If you publish the report to your Workspace, then the visual will show the packages currently available in the service. Even the ones that are not documented in PowerBI.com.
