Jugnoo is Hindi/Urdu word for a firefly.
These sets of scripts process calcium imaging data (tiff format) to locate the
possible interesting regions which might be firing neurons.
These scripts are very sensitive to paramters in config.py files. These paramters are not likely
to me make much sense to general user. If you think that these script might do what
you are looking for, do write an email for details. Or may be open a ticket, it will
motivate me to write the documentation (with a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes).
