How to compile

You need to install these libraries : bs4, certifi, urllib3 and lxml.
On Windows, just open a PowerShell as Admin and then type:

pip install bs4
pip install certifi
pip install urllib3
pip install lxml-3.5.0-cp35-none-win_amd64.whl

lxml-3.5.0-cp35-none-win_amd64 is include in the git.
